Dennis Egan is the Chief Executive Officer of Epitome Energy. As a recognized business leader and project developer with a wide range of experiences in organizational management, public relations, government affairs, project permitting, and partnership development, Dennis has devoted his career to helping businesses overcome challenges. He has been instrumental in the formation of legislation and permitting for energy, mining, transportation, K-12 infrastructure, telecommunications, agriculture, tort reform, and healthcare.

Dennis is the former mayor of Red Wing, MN, has served as chairman of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce executive board of directors, Minnesota Chamber of Commerce board of directors, and was chairman of the Southeastern Minnesota Chamber of Commerce executives.

With more than 40 years of experience in the agriculture and renewable fuel sectors, Tony has played leading roles in operations, engineering, and logistics at more than 20 successful agricultural processing startups. From 1982 until 2003, Tony worked at multiple soy processing plants for Ag Processing Inc., where he was involved with plant operations, project management and maintenance. He also managed processing for biodiesel, solvent extraction, soy refining, soy lecithin and soy flour at several locations.

After leaving AGP, Tony founded Process & Management Consulting LLC, a business management firm that specializes in process optimization, planning and development, engineering oversight, construction, and operational management of agricultural and renewable fuels processing plants.

At Epitome Energy, Tony will work alongside Fagen Inc and Crown Iron Works to optimize our soybean crush plant and its operations — drawing on his extensive experience with soybean processing, soy oil refining and biodiesel production to find innovative ways to improve the reliability and efficiency of Epitome’s plant operations.
